KPYBA was designed with the repetitive learning concept. Our academy will be the first to feature a four-week program designed to improve skills through a series of drills that consist of conditioning, ball handling, shooting, defensive footwork and offensive moves. At the end of each session the players will practice their skills in 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 competitions. This Academy is looked at as a developmental league to develope and better your child's skills.
A highlight of the camp is competition in a variety of areas—three-on-three, free throw, 3-point shoot-out, and hot shot. An all-star team is selected and awards are presented to competition winners as well as to the best defensive player, best offensive player, and winner of the Hustle Award. All participants receive a certificate.
You will see your children gain an improved positive attitude, greater appreciation for good moral values, and a better understanding of the keys that will lead to their own success. The sport is basketball, but the most important element is the children's future development

Basketball Camp
gives attention to the fundamentals of ball handling (dribbling, passing), defense (stance, footwork, individual man-to-man, helpside—defense away from the ball), rebounding (stance, takeoff, defensive checkout and release, offensive moves), and offense (shooting, movement with and without the ball). Skills are put to the test daily in actual play. Team concepts are also taught.
